Terry Traditional Scholarship for public colleges in Texas (Full Ride/varies by school)

The Terry Traditional Scholarship, or Freshman Scholarship, is a full ride, last dollar scholarship that covers up to eight semesters. It is awarded to Texas high school seniors who have been accepted for admission to one of the Terry-affiliated public universities in Texas.

Applications for the Terry Scholarship are available only from the universities affiliated with the Terry Scholarship Program and are not available from the Foundation or from high schools. The following schools participate in the Terry Program:

• The University of Texas- Austin

• Texas A&M University

• University of Houston

• Texas State University

• The University of Texas- Dallas

• The University of Texas- San Antonio

• Texas Tech University

• University of North Texas

• Texas Woman’s University

• The University of Texas- Arlington

• The University of Texas- El Paso
